Ingredients: New Zealand blueberries. Approx. 3,3 kg of blueberries needed to be used for 100 gram packet.

Freeze Dried Blueberry Powder is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients. It is made from the byproduct of the squeezed blueberry, then freeze-dried, preservative free, the seeds retained for extra fibre. One level teaspoon is like having a half cup of blueberries. Made from our New Zealand blueberries, grown in volcanic ash.

I used the powder while travelling. I mixed the powder with yoghurt when it was offered. Found this was the best way to digest. Prefer the juice but juice was not convenient to take on tour.
