Refund policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible, at the most
reasonable cost.
We are rural, so please allow one more extra day for the delivery. Products will be delivered to your door via courier companies. Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached its destination.

Return window is 30 days from delivery 
Customers are responsible for postage costs if they are returning via post. Free returns are only available at our retail shop or at the markets we attend.
Returns are only accepted for defective products. This includes: 
- Unopened and damaged products
- Unopened and faulty products 
Photos will be requested. 
If the product is opened or is perishable, it is not eligible for return. 

In the event that any product arrives damaged or faulty, keep all goods and packaging, and contact us immediately.

Freight costs may change from time to time, also packaging or products. In the case of this happening you will be advised by return e-mail with the options available to you, including a refund if you wish.

If products are to be sent overseas and the freight costs are not met, Mamaku Blue will retain the ordered product(s) until freight is paid in full. We will notify you if this happens, at which point a refund can also be requested.
